FAQ

What makes the Guttman Leadership Institute unique?

Our leadership programs have evolved from 25 years of consulting and coaching work with clients around the world, rather than as “training” programs.  They were developed in response to real-life leadership needs of executives, with their input and participation.  Our faculty are hands-on, highly experienced consultants and coaches, all of whom have worked with clients multi-dimensionally, as consultants, executive coaches, and facilitators.  For corporate clients, the institute also provides flexible programming, offering opportunities for leadership growth within organizations, where we provide standard, tailored and customized solutions, and in open enrollment sessions.

Are there post-session learning opportunities?

Application is a key element of all Guttman Leadership Institute programs, whether conducted in open-enrollment or corporate settings.  Each program features guidance for on-the-job application and additional learning opportunities. Also available is post-session, one-on-one individual leadership coaching.
